Myles Halpren, assigned to Civil Affairs Team 0733, during a visit, April 4, 2022, Sliven, Bulgaria. The team visited the specialized facility along with a Bulgarian Land Forces Civil-Military Cooperation team as part of the equal partners’ efforts to build goodwill in the city of Sliven and other communities surrounding Novo Selo Training Area, a training facility used to conduct military training exercises along with fostering bilateral relations.
