    The 245th Regiment (NJARNG) trains Soldiers to the Army’s current needs and operational environment. This unit is from Sea Girt National Guard Training Center located in Sea Girt, New Jersey. These soldiers are on Range 59C on the Fort Dix Range Complex during an “Instructional Firearms Training” event. The Instructional Firearms Training is designed to provide firearms instructors with a familiarization of a variety of firearms, to include care and maintenance and the skills. The program also introduces the new instructors to teaching techniques as well as identifying and resolving shooting problems/errors. (Photos taken by the Fort Dix [TSC] Training Support Center)
