YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 12, 2022) Master Chief Avionics Technician Ryan Corcoran, an enlisted community manager for aviation ratings, congratulates Seaman Reuben Laquindanum, from San Diego, for earning the rating of Aviation Maintenance Administrationman (AZ) during a Professional Apprenticeship Career Tracks (PACT) Fleet Engagement Team event onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. The Navy Personnel Command Fleet Engagement Team met with PACT Sailors forward-deployed to the 7th Fleet to provide career counseling, designate ratings and negotiate orders on site.
