U.S. Army Col. Kendrick Traylor, commander of Area Support Group-Black Sea, joins students from the Bundeswehr Command and Staff College, in Germany, for a briefing on international strategies, at Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania, on March 28, 2022. The BwCSC is dedicated to preparing military senior officials to meet the demands in the armed forces, NATO, the European Union and the United Nations.
