The names of the killed American and Vietnamese service members of the MI-17 Tragedy in Vietnam are on display on the lawn of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA). April 7th marks the 21st anniversary of the catastrophic Mi-17 crash in Vietnam that took the lives of seven American servicemembers and nine Vietnamese partners who were conducting a joint recovery mission in Quang Binh Province of Vietnam.
