Linda Moreno, a medical technician with 44th Fighter Squadron, 18th Wing, during a recognition luncheon on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, on April 28, 2022. Moreno received a challenge coin for providing life-saving medical care to a Japanese man on a train after he passed out due to possible hypoglycemia at the Yukohashi Train Station, Fukuoka, Japan on March 28, 2022.
