TAMPA, Fla. (March 23, 2022) The commanding officer of the Ohio-class guided-missile submarine USS Florida (SSGN 728) Blue Crew, Capt. Gabriel Anseeuw, presents a plaque to Tampa Mayor Jane Castor during the Official Navy Week Proclamation outside SS American Victory.
