U.S. Marines with Drill Instructor School, Recruit Training Regiment, are inspected during a routine uniform inspection at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, May 10, 2022. During the uniform inspection the students were evaluated on their knowledge, the Drill Instructor Creed, uniform fit, confidence and appearance. Drill Instructor School further develops the leadership, command presence, instructional ability, physical fitness, and knowledge of selected Officers, Staff Non-Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officers in order to successfully perform the duties of a Series Commander and Drill Instructor.
