May 11, 2022. The workshop provides coaches and athletic directors, from colleges and universities, the opportunity to learn how Marines are recruited, trained, and developed into leaders. Upon the successful execution of the workshop, attendees will return to their schools and communities better equipped to tell the Marine Corps story and become cornerstone advocates.
