    PHILIPPINE SEA (April 29, 2022) The Royal Brunei Navy offshore patrol vessel KDB Daruttaqwa (OPV 09), conducts a farewell pass with the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48) after conducting bilateral exercises in the Philippine Sea. Ashland, part of Amphibious Squadron 11, is operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with allies and partners and serve as a ready response force to defend peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
