CAPE MAY, N.J. - U.S. Coast Guard Rear Adm. Joe Raymond, commander of Force Readiness Command, and Capt. Kathy Felger, the commanding officer of Training Center Cape May, provide opening remarks to participants on the Council on Recruit Basic Training (CORBT), May 11, 2022, at U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Cape May in New Jersey.

The purpose of CORBT is to address common issues across the joint services in recruit basic military training and technical training with the goal of sharing ideas, lessons learned and procedures to improve entry-level enlisted training programs.
