220511-N-IE405-1082 NAPLES, Italy (May 11, 2022) U.S. Navy military members assigned to U.S. Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples and members from Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Security Assessments and Training team participate in a simulated evolution during the installation's Command Assessment for Readiness and Training (CART) at NSA Naples' Support Site in Gricignano di Aversa, Italy, May 11, 2022. CART is a CNIC program that evaluates installations on their response capabilities and ability to train their personnel in various scenarios. NSA Naples is an operational ashore base that enables U.S., allied, and partner nation forces to be where they are needed, when they are needed to ensure security and stability in the European, African, and Central Command areas of responsibility.
