The Honorable Gilbert Cisneros Jr., Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, visited the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) as part of a larger tour of JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, May 12-13, 2022. Cisneros presented a coin for excellence to Staff Sgt. Jessica Franklin after a tour and demonstration of the MEDCoE’s Critical Care Flight Paramedic (CCFP) Course. In the background are Maj. Sabas Salgado and Sgt. 1st Class Samuel Osenga who led the CCFP overview brief and tour on May 12.
