Barbin, 3D Marine Company, 3D Marine Battalion, fires a non-lethal round from an M203 Grenade Launcher during a non-lethal weapons training course held by U.S. Marines and Sailors assigned to 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, III Marine Expeditionary Force during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2013 (PHIBLEX 2013) in Crow Valley, Tarlac, Republic of the Philippines, Oct. 9, 2012. PHIBLEX 2013 is a bilateral training exercise conducted annually in the Republic of the Philippines to enhance amphibious readiness of both militaries and to strengthen interoperability.
