Dinkins is at the school taking part in a community relations event led by his Religious Ministry Team of the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit. The MEU and the Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group are in the country conducting Exercise Crocodilo 12, a scheduled exercise to promote interoperability and cooperation between the US and Timor-Leste.
