An MH-60S Knighthawk, assigned to the "Wild Cards" of Combat Helicopter Squadron 23, launches from the flight deck of amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu (LHA 5). Peleliu is the flagship for the Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group and is currently underway conducting composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) in the Pacific Ocean with amphibious dock landing ship USS Rushmore (LSD 47) and amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20).
