Staff Sgt. Adam Lautenschlager works on a physical therapy regimen with Sgt. Joel Kloppel at the Army's first soldier-centered medical home on North Fort Lewis. The concept of the SCMH is to address medical readiness issues for brigades by consolidating battalion aid station resources and combining them with some hospital clinic capabilities.
