Staff Sgt. Bobby Daring, a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Specialists (CBRN) with the South Carolina National Guard’s 48th Weapons Mass Destruction-Civil Support Team (WMD-CST), decontaminates on a scenario during Operation Night Hammer, Tampa, Fla.
