Mark Camerer, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center commander, greets Joint Base leadership, friends, and family after completing his “fini flight” on May 18, 2022, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. Camerer is a Command Pilot with more than 3,800 total flight hours and more than 745 combat and combat support flight hours in the C-17A and KC-135A/R/Q aircraft. The “fini flight” is an Air Force tradition marking pilots' departure from a unit, or their final flight prior to departing a flying unit, separating or retiring from the Air Force.
