Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany officials held a post and relief ceremony, May 26, at the Base Theater. Master Sgt. Jamil P. Alkattan, acting Base Sergeant Major Master relinquished his post by transferring the sword of office to incoming Base Sergeant Major Chad M. Coston. Alkattan, who will be departing soon for Camp Pendleton, California, received the Meritorious Service Medal.
