Danish frigate HDMS Niels Juel (F363) stationed at the Bornholm harbor May 24, 2022 where U.S. Army Soldiers prepare to send a fire mission during a simulated air-land raid. Soldiers sent digital communications from the frigate to M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems that are positioned on Bornholm to conduct a simulated fire mission. No actual rounds were fired, but using the Danish systems on the frigate to communicate with American military systems displayed the ability of the two militaries to work together in order to achieve a common mission.
