U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. David Kettering, Marine Wing Support Squadron 172 (MWSS-172), explains construction terms to a local Filipino man at Dallipawen Elementary School, San Narciso, Dallipawen, Republic of the Philippines on Oct. 15, 2012. Armed Forces of the Philippines Navy Seabees and U.S. Marines from MWSS-172 constructed a classroom as part of the Amphibious Landing Exercise 2013 (PHIBLEX 13). PHIBLEX 2013 is a bilateral training exercise conducted annually in the Republic of the Philippines to enhance working together on a range of issues including humanitarian assistance which strengthens the interoperability.
