A first lieutenant Air Liaison Officer (ALO) with the German Air Force briefs a 137th Combat
Training Flight (CTF) instructor who is acting as a ground commander during a joint terminal
attack controller qualification course (JTAC QC) April 19, 2022, at Razorback Range near Fort
Smith, Arkansas. The 137th CTF is the only JTAC QC schoolhouse in the nation to offer
Department of Defense JTAC initial qualification training to NATO students, and the German Air
Force ALO was the first female student through the 137th CTF course. (U.S. Air National Guard
