Todd Arthur on taking command of the 430th Expeditionary Electronic Combat Squadron, during an assumption of command ceremony held at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, June 8, 2022. The primary purpose of an assumption of command is for subordinates to witness an officer formally assume responsibility, authority and accountability for the unit.
