NETCOM Commanding General, MG Christopher Eubank spoke at the ceremony restating “We will never forget.” During the ceremony, the names of the fallen were read aloud prior to placemat of a wreath inside the Signal Cove of Remembrance. The ceremony was followed by the solemn notes of taps as it was played by a lone bugler.
