Delegation leaders from the United States, Australia, France, Indonesia, and Japan take part in a panel discussion about Maritime Domain Awareness during the eighth iteration of the Pacific Amphibious Leaders Symposium, Tokyo, Japan, June 14, 2022. PALS brings together allied and partnered amphibious force leaders, experts and practitioners from around the Indo-Pacific to share ideas, best practices and recent experiences with amphibious operations. The 2022 symposium hosted senior leaders from 18 participating delegations who are committed to a free and open Indo-Pacific, with the objective of strengthening and developing regional relationships.
