North Dakota Army National Guard 1st. Lt. Rhea Goulet, the Cyber Shield 2022 action officer, has been on orders for the past year planning the successful execution of Cyber Shield 2022. Cyber Shield 2022 is at the Army National Guard’s Professional Educational Center on Camp Robinson, Arkansas from June 5-17. Cyber Shield 2022 is the DOD’s largest unclassified inter-agency and joint national level training cyber defense exercise which includes representation from 20 states plus Guam.
