    The wheat seeds are loaded and on their way to northeast Syria!

    USAID is providing nearly 3,000 metric tons of high-quality wheat seed to farmers in northeast Syria as the critical wheat planting season begins.

    Wheat is the backbone of Syria’s agriculture sector. These seeds will support hundreds of farmers to produce nearly 32,000 metric tons of wheat next year-- ensuring Syrians have flour, bread, and other wheat products to feed their families and prevent further economic crisis. #SeedsforSyria
