Rick Seif, commander, Submarine Group 7 (CSG-7) speaks to midshipmen visiting CSG-7 as part of their Foreign Exchange Training of Midshipmen (FOREXTRAMID) summer training, June 7, 2022. FOREXTRAMID is a program that allows selected midshipmen to train with navies of other countries and gain a better understanding of the U.S. Navy’s relationships with foreign partners overseas.
