MARTINIQUE, France (June 11, 2022) Information Systems Technician 1st Class Brody Vinson fakes out a mooring line during a sea and anchor detail aboard the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15), as the ship arrives in Martinique, France for exercise Caraibes 2022, June 11, 2022. Caraibes 2022 is a French led, combined and joint training exercise in the Caribbean involving naval, air and land assets. This multi-national exercise aims to promote cooperation among regional forces and their collective ability to successfully provide humanitarian assistance/disaster relief (HADR) in response to a natural disaster.
