U.S. Air Force Col. Patrick Morgan relinquished command of the 165th Medical Group, Georgia Air National Guard, to Lt. Col. Chad Asplund on June 12, 2022 in the Fuel Cell Hangar at the 165th Airlift Wing in Savannah, Georgia. Morgan served as the commander of the medical group for 12 years and will retire on June 15, 2022 with a total of 40 years dedicated and honorable service to the United State Air Force.
