Jonathan Orozco, a water treatment specialist and San Bernardino, California native also assigned to the 968th QM Co., exit the Pacific Ocean after securing a dolphin strainer device June 20 as part of the Quartermaster Liquid Logistics Exercise being held at Camp Pendleton, California.
