Army National Guard Soldiers from across the country converged on the 129th Regiment Regional Training Institute on Camp Lincoln in Springfield, Illinois June 24, 2022. These Soldiers come from various military occupational specialties, but are hoping to convert to (92G) Culinary Specialists. During a practical exercise, they discussed field site set-up and operations.
“As war fights change, it’s important that we’re able to move with our troops,” said Sergeant 1st Class Rikk Knowles, a course manager and instructor with the RTI. “Even for culinary specialists, logistics are important because we have to be able to move.” (U.S. Army photo by Illinois National Guard Sgt.
