Chief Warrant Officer (2) Rachel Jones, an Assistant Illinois State Army Aviation Officer, prepares to
board the UH-60V Black Hawk helicopter while on display at the Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport in
Springfield, Illinois Jan. 20. The purpose of the tour was to share the many features and benefits of the
UH-60V. The Illinois Army National Guard was the first to receive the “V” model, allowing for enhanced
