Sacramento District Commander Col. James Handura had the honor of addressing students, family, and friends during the Society of American Military Engineers Sacramento Post’s scholarship event. Col. Handura joined National Guard Brig. Gen. Michael Herman in handing out $34,500 in scholarship checks to award high school and college students who are studying engineering or related technical disciplines.
