Grand Forks AFB was selected as one of two ground operation centers that will operate Space Development Agency ground entry points required to uplink and downlink data, and lead ground-to-space integration efforts. Space Development Agency is recognized as the Department of Defense’s constructive disruptor for space acquisition and will accelerate delivery of needed space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding and operation of the National Defense Space Architecture.
