The Spirit of Portsmouth, one of 12 KC-46A jets assigned to the 157th Air Refueling Wing, sits inside the aircraft paint booth at the 176th Wing, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, June 29. The jet was there in order to receive a custom paint job showcasing the New Hampshire wing's National Guard heritage and rich history in the state of New Hampshire and honors both the 75th anniversary of the U.S. Air Force and the 400th anniversary of the founding of Portsmouth.
