Hao Sun, the senior enlisted advisor for the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, with The Legion of Merit with “C” Device at a transfer of authority (TOA) ceremony May 27, 2022, at Erbil Air Base, Iraq. The TOA ceremony represented the transfer of command from the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, as part of the ongoing mission of CJTF-OIR. The 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division was deployed to CJTF-OIR as Task Force Raider.
