    Flat cars loaded with artillery limbers made at Rock Island Arsenal move their way to south Florida before being loaded on a boat for Cuba. These limbers would be used by American troops during the Spanish-American War. A limber is a two-wheeled cart designed to carry ammunition for artillery.
