A medic from the Rwanda Defense Force's Medical Corps moves a patient -- in this case a volunteer from the Nebraska Army National Guard -- toward a United Nations Level 2 Hospital during a medical/engineering exercise conducted at Gako, Rwanda, in March. The exercise enabled members of the Rwanda Defense Force and the Nebraska National Guard to work together through the National Guard's State Partnership Program.
