Lt. Gen. David G. Bellon, Commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces South, congratulates the Marines and civilians from the Marine Forces Reserve Installation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC) on becoming the Marine Corps’ IPAC of the year, 2021, at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, July 7, 2022. The IPAC was selected from a field of highly qualified administration centers, nominated by commanding generals across the force, because of their exceptional efforts within the command. They provided support to more than 70,000 Marines, civilians, and their families spread throughout the world.
