YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 8, 2022) — The Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Triad and members of the U.S.-Japan Navy Friendship Association pose for a photo following a plaque presentation ceremony for Capt. Rich Jarrett, outgoing Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Jarrett was relieved by Capt. Les Sobol as Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
