    Capt. Michael Reynolds, ammunition officer with Marine Forces Special Operations Command, sketches Marine Raiders receiving a concept of operations brief prior to a pre-deployment culminating exercise at Camp Lejeune, N.C., June 13-16, 2022. Reynolds joined Capt. Charles Bauman, a combat artist and logistics officer with Marine Wing Support Squadron 271, to document MARSOC training for his application for the Marine Corps Combat Art Program. Combat artist is a free military occupational specialty that can be filled by any Marine regardless of primary military occupational specialty in addition to their regular duties.
