Bill Galinis, Commander of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), May 12, 2022. Both Galinis and Ms. Giao Phan, Executive Director for NAVSEA, participated in several small-group discussions with project leadership teams and engineers discussing NSS-SY initiatives.
