3rd Infantry Division, 1st Armor Brigade commander, Col. Pete Moon, briefs German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and U.S. Ambassador to Germany, Dr. Amy Gutmann, on the various vehicle systems native to his command. President Steinmeier traveled to 7th Army Training Command's Grafenwohr Training Area, the first visit of its kind in 26 years, to thank troops for their contributions to the freedom and security of Germany and its NATO allies in Europe, while paying tribute to the importance of the transatlantic partnerships between the U.S. and Germany.
