PACIFIC OCEAN (July 11, 2022) - U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Ryan Rideout, deputy commanding general, I Marine Expeditionary Force, maneuvers a landing craft, air cushion assigned to Assault Craft Unit 5, July 11. Rideout’s visit to the 13th MEU embarked on amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) is a part of series of scheduled visits to local Marine units in the operational area.
