About a dozen young men from Hattiesburg participated in this annual summer camp that mixes games and field trips with classes on self-esteem and leadership. One of the field trips was hosted at Camp Shelby where Brooks took the opportunity to help the young men grow their confidence.
“Part of our curriculum for this particular camp this year is to help build self-esteem as well as talk about holistic health and fitness,” he said.
