U.S. Marines with Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic, Marine Forces Command, Marine Forces Northern Command, and their respective Headquarters and Service Battalion participate in an instructor-led physical training during a High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) course in the Hopkins Hall Gymnasium at Camp Elmore, Virginia, July 15, 2022. HITT is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that focuses on maintaining and improving physical resiliency and combat readiness.
