U.S. Army 1st Lt. Reese Morris takes notes while speaking with a local sheik during a break in a meeting between Soldiers and village leaders held in Fahama, a region north of Baghdad, Jan. 12. The two groups met to discuss the needs of the local population. A Warrington, Va., native, Morris is a company intelligence officer with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division.
