Incoming Maj. Gen. David Wilson stands at attention for the retirement of the colors during the U.S. Army Sustainment Command change of command ceremony at Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, July 19. Wilson became ASC’s 12th commanding general since the command was established in 2006. He comes to ASC from Fort Shafter, Hawaii, where he served as the commanding general of the 8th Theater Sustainment Command.
